1. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for non-custom items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

2. Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders as they are specially crafted to your specifications. We highly recommend reviewing and confirming all details before placing a custom order.

3. Process for Returns: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@heateddesigns.ca with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Returns Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us the day you receive your order at sales@heateddesigns.ca with clear photos of the issue. Failure to contact us within 24 hours may result in your order not being replaced. We will always work to resolve any and all matters promptly.
